"Aladdin" Pantomime 2011

On Friday the 13th of January 2012 Peterswell school Classes 1st to 6th
travelled to the Pantomime in Galway to see Aladdin.We travelled on the bus.There was a little twist to the story.

It started at about 8 o'clock.The Princess Jasmine was visiting town and a poor man called Aladdin wisted to see her but her Dad wouldn't let anyone look at her or he would chop their heads off.Whosie was a man who owned a restaraunt and he loved Aladdin's Mom Widow Twanky,but she wanted a rich man.Aladdin falls in love with Princess Jasmine but he was not a prince.There was a bad guy and he had a ring which had a girl genie in it.He pretended to be good and got Aladdin to go into a cave and get him the magic lamp.Aladdin had the ring now and there was a genie in the lamp he found out.The genie in the lamp knew the girl genie in the ring.Aladdin promised he would set both of them free if the genie made him a Prince.So the genie did.After they got out of the cave everyone got lost in a jungle.At half time we had a raffle and a boy from 2nd class Padraig Dooley pulled out the tickets.When they came out of the jungle,Whosie got married to Widow Twanky and Princess Jasmines Dad got married to his servant.Then princess Jasmine married to Aladinn.Little kids danced at the end.

After the show we took pictures and got autographs with the cast.We travelled back on the bus too,and we arrived back at the school at 11:45pm.We really enjoyed the Panto.
